Particulars & Photography This is a service we offer for solicitors, estate agents and individuals alike. Solicitors and Estate Agents, who have a requirement for production of professional property particulars, can contact us. We can arrange to:- -Collect keys for the property -Attend at the property, and take full particulars to a high standard, prepared by an experienced Property Manager -Take measurements and prepare the sales particulars to your required style. We can also provide professional internal and external photographs of the property, have these processed and delivered or e-mailed to you. Styles of previous particulars can be provided on request. Individuals may wish to purchase a property, but, due to restrictions, are unable to view it themselves. We offer a service whereby we will arrange to collect the property's keys from the selling agents, or attend at an open viewing time. We will provide an unbiased opinion, again based on experience of a Property Manager, and provide a report based on the location, size and type of the property, and it's suitability for your particular needs. We will take measurements, report any obvious problems, which are evident, take photographs and make a sketch, where required, and provide a full written report, which can be faxed, e-mailed or snail-mailed to you. Please note however that is is NOT an alternative to a survey report. Please contact us for further details.
